Strategy & Performance Management Specialist – Digital Platforms (Cascade)

About the role

Progress Consulting is seeking a Strategy & Performance Management Specialist to lead the implementation of Cascade, a leading strategy execution platform, for clients across Saudi Arabia. The role blends deep knowledge of strategy execution with hands‑on experience in digital performance systems and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client Strategy Management Offices and senior stakeholders throughout implementation projects.
• Translate client strategies into structured digital systems, configuring Cascade to match organizational structures and performance goals.
• Design and set up balanced scorecards, strategic objectives, KPIs, targets, and initiatives within the platform.
• Define performance measurement and reporting requirements and build management dashboards and reports.
• Support strategy execution meetings, providing analysis of strategy and performance data.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Arabic and English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience in strategy execution, performance management, or related consulting.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and deliver digital solutions.
