Agent Engineer

About the role

As an Agent Engineer you will collaborate with engineering, product and client‑facing teams to design, build and deploy AI agents that address real‑world problems. You will lead proof‑of‑concept development, own end‑to‑end delivery of agent implementations and work directly with clients, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing AI market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and demo Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new client use cases, from scoping to delivery.
• Design and build AI agents on our platform, translating requirements into functional workflows.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality and outcomes.
• Interface with clients to gather requirements, present progress and manage expectations.
• Listen to recorded AI‑agent calls, evaluate accuracy, tone, compliance and customer experience.
• Score conversations against a quality rubric, document findings and flag errors, hallucinations or policy issues.
• Identify patterns across calls and provide feedback to Operations for agent training and product improvements.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with testing tools or programming languages is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and eagerness to learn.
• Must be based in Riyadh.
