Agent Engineering Intern

About the role

As an Agent Engineering Intern you will collaborate with engineering, product and client‑facing teams to design, build and deploy AI agents that address real‑world problems. You will support proof‑of‑concept development, own end‑to‑end delivery of agent implementations and work directly with clients, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing AI startup.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) from scoping to demo‑ready delivery.
• Design and build AI agents on our platform, translating client requirements into functional workflows.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of agent implementations, managing timelines, quality and outcomes.
• Interface with clients to gather requirements, present progress and manage expectations.
• Listen to recorded AI‑agent calls, evaluate accuracy, tone, compliance and customer experience.
• Score conversations against a quality rubric, flag errors, hallucinations and policy issues.
• Identify patterns across calls and provide feedback to Operations for agent training and product improvements.
• Contribute to weekly quality reports summarising performance metrics and recommendations.

Required profile

• Final semester or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Interest in software quality assurance, testing and AI technologies.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and be based in Riyadh.
