About the role

You will be responsible for delivering an excellent and consistent level of service to hotel guests while ensuring the Engineering Department runs smoothly. As an HVAC Specialist you will support all operating departments, maintain optimal climate conditions and contribute to overall operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal HVAC, ventilation and refrigeration conditions throughout the property.
• Address technical issues promptly to minimise guest impact.
• Support other operating departments with engineering expertise.
• Participate in preventive maintenance programmes and special projects.
• Assist in the efficient running of the Engineering Department.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programmes and special projects is valuable.
