Systems Supervisor – IT Operations

About the role

The Systems Supervisor will ensure smooth operation of computer software, hardware and telecommunications systems for Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Madinah. You will act as the first point of contact for technical issues, provide guidance, and drive process improvements across the IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware and network problems.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to address business challenges.
• Analyze, recommend and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Enter commands and activate controls on computers and peripheral equipment.
• Maintain applications, user accounts and daily communication logs.
• Train users on proper hardware and software usage.
• Plan, design, operate and allocate resources for telecommunications activities, including client/server support.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling and employee coaching.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• At least 2 years (24 months) of relevant IT experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
