Talent Acquisition Officer – HR Recruitment Role

About the role

Al Jameel International Group is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Officer to join its growing HR team in Jeddah. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment, supporting both local and international hiring needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media channels.
• Conduct HR interviews, shortlist qualified applicants, and present recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to close vacancies efficiently.
• Support local and overseas hiring initiatives.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Participate in career fairs and employer branding activities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong ability to source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Fluent in Arabic with good English communication skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
