Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct pre‑screening calls, coordinate interviews, and support candidate selection.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and relationships.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases, and applicant tracking systems.
• Coordinate pre‑employment requirements and support smooth onboarding and mobilization.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track key metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Manage HRDF registration, documentation, funding/reimbursement requirements, and related reporting.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interviewing methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, GOSI, HRDF, and Qiwa (preferred).
