Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall goals.
• Oversee recruitment and selection, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to promote professional growth.
• Manage employee relations, handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork.
• Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
• In‑depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
