Talent Acquisition Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

Saudi Gold Refinery is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its refining, exploration and corporate functions in Riyadh. The role focuses on sourcing qualified Saudi nationals for technical plant, laboratory and professional positions while ensuring full compliance with Nitaqat and MHRSD regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for plant operators, assay chemists and exploration geologists using LinkedIn, Bayt and TVTC networks.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.
• Manage interview scheduling, site‑visit logistics, security clearances and HSE inductions for candidates visiting plant facilities.
• Ensure all hiring activities align with Saudization tiers and MHRSD regulations, prioritising qualified Saudi candidates.
• Prepare and extend offer letters for mid‑level and technical roles in line with approved salary structures.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS to support workforce planning and audit requirements.
• Partner with department heads to refine job descriptions and improve candidate matching.
• Track recruitment metrics and produce regular reporting for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle talent acquisition, preferably within technical or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Saudization (Nitaqat) and MHRSD compliance requirements.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal hiring managers and external talent sources.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple interview processes and logistics.
