Talent Researcher (Remote)

About the role

This remote position supports a partner company in Saudi Arabia by proactively identifying and engaging top talent across global markets. You will build strong pipelines for senior and hard‑to‑fill roles using advanced sourcing techniques and talent intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for senior and hard‑to‑fill positions using LinkedIn, job boards and professional communities.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to support strategic hiring initiatives.
• Utilise Boolean, X‑Ray and other advanced search techniques to uncover talent pools.
• Craft tailored outreach messages to improve candidate response rates.
• Continuously test and optimise sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal profiles.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition in an international context.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to craft personalized outreach.
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, curious attitude.
