About the role
Almarai is seeking a Talent Specialist to join its Talent team in Riyadh. You will play a key part in supporting daily talent management activities and ensuring the smooth operation of assessment systems across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day talent management processes and initiatives.
- Coordinate tasks related to the company’s assessment system.
- Manage assigned talent‑related projects from planning to delivery.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to align talent activities with business needs.
- Maintain accurate talent data, dashboards, and presentation materials.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
- 1–2 years of experience in a talent‑management or related HR role.
- Proven experience in talent development programs.
- Experience identifying and developing high‑potential talent.
