Training Coordinator Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Training Coordinator Intern to support the planning and coordination of technical training and enablement activities at LAKEORA, a data and AI advisory firm based in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Support the scheduling and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.
• Coordinate calendars and availability with instructors, participants, and Databricks Enablement & Learning organizations.
• Assist with setting up virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Track training completion, feedback, and participant information.
• Maintain organized records and trackers for ongoing training activities.
• Support instructors and the wider team with day‑to‑day administrative requirements.
• Help ensure a smooth and professional participant experience from registration through completion.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
