Team Lead, Network & Voice

About the role

The Team Lead, Network & Voice at NTT DATA will guide a group of network engineers and specialists to design, implement and maintain robust LAN, WAN, data‑centre and cloud networks. This senior position blends technical depth with people‑management and project‑leadership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a positive team culture, promote professional growth and collaboration.
• Design and architect network solutions (LAN, WAN, data‑centre, cloud) that meet business requirements and best‑practice standards.
• Provide technical guidance during design, configuration and implementation phases; review and approve network designs.
• Oversee deployment, configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers and wireless controllers.
• Lead network projects, create project plans, allocate resources and ensure timely delivery.
• Optimize network performance through traffic analysis, QoS implementation and configuration tuning.
• Collaborate with systems, security, application and business teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Establish technical standards, governance processes and ensure regulatory and security compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluate offerings, negotiate contracts and ensure security measures are in place.
• Plan capacity and scalability to support future growth.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in networking concepts, protocols, architectures and services.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
