Performance Monitoring Engineer – Mobile Core Network

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Core Network Performance Engineer to monitor and analyze CS, PS, IMS, IN and International network performance, ensuring service quality, capacity readiness and compliance with contractual KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze network KPIs, investigate degradations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform capacity assessments and traffic forecasting, including readiness planning for Hajj, Ramadan and Eid.
• Monitor International voice, roaming, MVNO and national roaming performance.
• Configure and maintain Performance Statistical Alarms, reports and dashboards.
• Assess the impact of network changes, upgrades and expansions.
• Prepare SLA, governance and Service Impact Reports.
• Support cross‑functional teams, performance improvements and automation use cases.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Telecommunication Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in Ericsson Mobile Core network performance.
• Strong knowledge of CS, PS, IMS and IN networks, signaling protocols, interfaces and call flows.
• Customer‑focused approach, ownership and ability to work effectively under pressure.
