About the role

The Team Leader – Housekeeping will support the efficient operation of the housekeeping department at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality cleanliness for guest rooms and public areas while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all functions related to the cleanliness of guest rooms and hotel floors.
  • Support the department’s daily operations to maintain efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensure housekeeping practices comply with Hyatt brand standards and corporate strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet employee, guest, and owner expectations.

Required profile

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.
