Technical Solutions Architect – Telecom

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to join our telecom group in Saudi Arabia. The position is fully remote, with occasional visits to the office as required. The role focuses on designing and delivering telecom solutions that meet business needs while ensuring technical quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into detailed design specifications, including user stories, use case diagrams, system architecture, and process flows.
• Lead the end‑to‑end development lifecycle, supervising design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Control changes throughout the development process and ensure component compatibility.
• Plan and execute upgrades for existing solutions and products.
• Validate testing strategies, oversee internal testing, and participate in user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate and mentor development teams, reporting progress to project leads.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a similar technical architect or system designer role.
• BSc or MSc in a technical discipline.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in telecom projects.
