Senior Sales Manager – Telecom System Integration (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a senior sales leader to drive growth of our Telecom System Integration services in Saudi Arabia. The role will manage the full sales cycle, build strategic relationships with telecom operators and lead a regional sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue for network integration, deployment, managed services and transformation programmes.
• Own end‑to‑end sales process: lead identification, qualification, solution design, proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Develop and execute account strategies for key telecom operators and identify cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain CXO‑level relationships with operators, MVNOs and strategic partners.
• Lead commercial modelling, pricing, margin analysis and business case development.
• Negotiate contracts in partnership with legal and finance.
• Mentor and manage regional sales teams, set targets and KPIs, and coordinate with pre‑sales, delivery and finance functions.
• Monitor market trends in 4G/5G, cloud and managed services and contribute to go‑to‑market plans.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales experience in telecom system integration or related services.
• Strong network of regional telecom operator contacts and CXO‑level relationship management skills.
• Excellent commercial acumen and ability to translate complex technical offerings into business value.
• Demonstrated leadership of sales teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
