Technology Consultant – SAP Academy (Hybrid, KSA)

About the role

As a Technology Consultant in the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting, you will join a global development program designed for early‑career talent. Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and working in a hybrid model, you will support customers in implementing and adopting SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Business Technology Platform solutions, leveraging AI‑enabled insights to accelerate value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a 12‑month structured learn‑and‑apply academy program, including classroom learning and real‑customer engagements.
• Assist with solution implementation activities such as fit‑to‑standard analysis, configuration, integration, testing, cut‑over and go‑live using SAP Activate.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution components under guidance.
• Support post‑go‑live adoption, including enablement planning, release adoption and monitoring of usage, KPIs and value metrics.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools to improve delivery quality, documentation efficiency and adoption insights.
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise Architects, delivery teams and partners to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with a strong interest in enterprise consulting and SAP technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to continuously learn and apply SAP methodologies, agile practices and integrated toolchains.
