Success Plan Manager – SAP Academy (Hybrid, KSA)

About the role

The Success Plan Manager position is part of SAP's global Academy for Services & Consulting. Based in Saudi Arabia and working in a hybrid model, you will join a 12‑month structured program that combines classroom learning, simulations and real‑customer engagements. You will support customers in adopting and extracting value from SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, Business Technology Platform and Business AI.

Key responsibilities

• Assist experienced Success Plan Managers in executing customer Success Plans.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, governance meeting materials and quarterly review decks.
• Track adoption milestones, consumption indicators and value‑realisation inputs.
• Identify risks proactively and support escalation processes.
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise and Data Architects, Success Experts and delivery teams.
• Utilise SAP’s integrated toolchain, including Holistic Engagement Planner, Cloud ALM and customer insights tools.
