About the role
We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Tele‑sales Agent to join our Riyadh team. The role involves contacting potential customers by phone, presenting our products or services, and closing sales while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outbound calls, follow‑ups and referrals.
- Convert leads into sales by clearly communicating product benefits and addressing customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records.
- Participate in events, booths or field activities as needed.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment is preferred.
- Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
- Proficient with standard computer systems and software.
- Self‑driven, resilient to rejection and adaptable to changing scenarios.
Required skills
- Bilingual verbal and written communication.
- Active listening and effective negotiation.
