Tendering Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Tendering Specialist to manage vendor registrations and tender submissions for a diversified group operating in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on recruitment, manpower supply, heavy equipment rental and material supply services, ensuring compliance with major Saudi clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC and NEOM.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and maintain vendor registrations on portals including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma'aden, SWCC, SEC, NEOM, Royal Commission, PIF entities, Etimad, SAP Ariba, SupplHi and Achilles.
• Upload and update corporate documents (CR, Chamber, Zakat, GOSI, Saudization certificates, financials, HSE/QA manuals, project references) and track renewal dates.
• Review tender invitations for overseas recruitment, supplementary manpower, heavy equipment rental and material supply, and prepare technical bid documents.
• Coordinate with finance to develop commercial bids, pricing sheets, BOQs and quotations.
• Submit bids through client portals and maintain a tender tracker for all stages.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory and client‑specific requirements and verify accuracy of all submitted information.
• Liaise with client procurement and vendor management teams to address clarifications and additional document requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in vendor registration and tender management within the Saudi market.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi procurement regulations and client portals.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
