Trainee Lawyer – Tamheer Program (Riyadh)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is part of the Tamheer program and offers a hands‑on introduction to legal practice in Riyadh. As a Trainee Lawyer you will work closely with senior attorneys, supporting a variety of legal matters for both individual and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and case analysis using professional research tools.
• Draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under supervision.
• Assist senior lawyers during client consultations and meetings.
• Support compliance checks to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare briefing notes and summaries for ongoing cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or an equivalent qualification.
• Enrollment in the Tamheer program.
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal research tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
