About the role

We are looking for a Training & Development Specialist to join our Human Resources Department, responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating learning initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and follow up on annual training plans and programs.
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions and manage training providers.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and produce related reports.
  • Maintain training records, professional certifications, and renewal dates.
  • Support the development and delivery of e‑learning modules.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Training & Development.
  • Experience in the construction/contracting industry (preferred).
  • Strong command of English and excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage training budgets.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of HRMS/LMS platforms.
