About the role
We are looking for a Training & Development Specialist to join our Human Resources Department, responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating learning initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on annual training plans and programs.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions and manage training providers.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and produce related reports.
- Maintain training records, professional certifications, and renewal dates.
- Support the development and delivery of e‑learning modules.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Training & Development.
- Experience in the construction/contracting industry (preferred).
- Strong command of English and excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage training budgets.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of HRMS/LMS platforms.
