Transport and Service Supervisor

About the role

The Transport & Service Supervisor ensures efficient planning, coordination and optimisation of vehicle movement and servicing within Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s yard in Riyadh. The role supports smooth workflow, timely dispatch, and strict safety and compliance standards across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise SAP for daily transport planning, maintaining system integrity and meeting service level expectations.
• Maximise fleet utilisation, monitor availability and assign vehicles based on priority and customer needs.
• Track fleet running costs and fuel consumption, identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the QA team to reduce accidents and damage, especially involving heavy vehicles.
• Prepare monthly reports (Trip Allowance, Vehicle Offload, Overtime, Car Carrier, Payroll, Petty Cash) and submit billing statements to the Transport Manager.
• Conduct regular toolbox training for high‑value drivers to uphold safe vehicle handling standards.
• Monitor customer lead times and KPIs, ensuring performance meets or exceeds SLA targets.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport planning or warehousing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and organisational abilities.
