About the role
NmoHub is seeking a high‑performing professional to drive both business growth and venture growth across its innovation ecosystem. The role blends business development, strategic partnership building, startup support, commercialization, and ecosystem engagement to generate measurable outcomes for founders, investors, corporates and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities across NmoHub’s services, programs and initiatives.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking and ecosystem engagement.
- Develop relationships with startups, founders, corporates, government entities, universities, investors and other ecosystem players.
- Lead commercial discussions, presentations, negotiations and proposal processes.
- Support revenue growth for incubation, acceleration, venture development, advisory, licensing, MVP development and workspace solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to turn campaigns, events and initiatives into qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, reporting and CRM management.
- Assist portfolio companies with growth, commercialization, customer acquisition and go‑to‑market strategies, including introductions to customers, partners and investors.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, sales or venture support within an innovation or startup environment.
- Strong network across startups, corporates, investors, universities and government bodies.
- Ability to manage complex commercial negotiations and drive revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
