Vice President Corporate Finance (Deputy CFO)

About the role

VP Corporate Finance / Deputy CFO based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This highly senior finance leadership position operates as a Deputy CFO, working closely with the Group CFO and the executive leadership team. The successful candidate will lead corporate finance, funding, treasury, FP&A, investment governance and major strategic transactions, supporting the wider financial strategy of a complex, capital‑intensive organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as senior deputy to the Group CFO on strategic and day‑to‑day financial matters.
• Lead and develop corporate finance, treasury, funding and FP&A capabilities.
• Support major M&A, investment and strategic transaction activity, including due diligence, valuation and deal structuring.
• Drive discussions on funding, debt, refinancing and capital structure.
• Provide financial leadership for major investments and capital allocation decisions.
• Oversee long‑range financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling.

Required profile

• Early‑career experience at a Big Four audit firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY or KPMG).
• Significant senior finance leadership experience in corporate finance.
• Strong exposure to M&A, complex transactions and negotiations.
• Hands‑on experience with funding, debt and financing.
• Previous role as CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director or equivalent senior finance leader.
• Background in a large, capital‑intensive organisation, preferably in infrastructure, logistics, ports, oil & gas, mining or similar asset‑intensive sectors.
