About the role
The Review & Objections Specialist supports the ZATCA objections and appeals strategy by handling tax case planning, assessment, and appeals management. The role involves research, analysis, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure proper case handling.
Key responsibilities
- Receive litigation cases, prioritize and analyze them based on predefined criteria.
- Research laws, regulations and policies for each case and provide legal assessments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to collect documents and conduct high‑level legal assessments.
- Assist in preparing objection and appeal files, gather supporting documents, and submit them for legal review.
- Draft communications to taxpayers, extract lessons learned and report on implementation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law Studies, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
