Waitress – Hospitality & Food Service

About the role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly and attentive Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team. As a front‑line ambassador, you will deliver prompt, courteous service to hotel guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to guarantee smooth service flow and timely order delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, hotel facilities, and services to answer guest inquiries accurately.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) equipment efficiently and process payments correctly.
• Uphold safety and security protocols, including proper handling of guest room access.
• Keep workstations clean and organized, adhering to personal grooming and uniform standards.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to follow hotel policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Flexibility to assist with duties outside the core role when required.

Required skills
