Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will join the HWL Saudi CLC team and support the General Manager‑CLC in overseeing the daily operations of the warehousing facility. This role focuses on ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution processes while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and organise warehouse activities to meet operational targets.
• Direct and manage staff, fostering motivation and high performance.
• Evaluate and optimise warehousing processes, including inventory control and order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with the GM‑CLC to align warehouse operations with broader supply‑chain strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Proven managerial experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong motivational and communication abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of warehousing processes and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Solid understanding of designing and calculating warehouse and supply‑chain workflows.
