Senior Management Consultant – Procurement & Supply Chain

About the role

Efficio is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join its Riyadh office. You will lead complex procurement and supply‑chain workstreams for Vision 2030 projects, delivering measurable value for clients across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage complex workstreams or multiple smaller workstreams, supported by junior resources.
• Lead junior consultants, ensuring adherence to Efficio methodologies and processes.
• Conduct deep analysis where data is hard to access, develop conclusions and recommend solutions.
• Advise clients, design solutions that address complex needs and achieve sustainable results.
• Maintain and own relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Plan and prepare documentation for assigned workstreams.
• Participate in recruiting junior consultants.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior consultant in a leading management consultancy or relevant industry.
• Strong communication, empathy and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical thinking and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
