Warehouse Manager – Pharmaceutical Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our pharmaceutical warehouse operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warehouse and supply chain activities within the pharmaceutical sector, overseeing inventory and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP), cGMP, QMS and act as the licensed facility representative during SFDA inspections and audits.
• Oversee ERP/WMS systems and conduct inventory count audits, SOP adherence, deviations and CAPA management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related diploma.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
• Minimum 7 years of warehouse or supply chain management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of GSDP, cGMP, QMS and SFDA regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Expertise in inventory control systems and parameters implementation.
• Ability to manage regulatory compliance, including GSDP, cGMP, QMS and SFDA inspection processes.
