6-Month Government Internship – Tamheer Program (Riyadh)

About the role

This 6‑month full‑time internship is part of the Tamheer Program, an initiative of the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). It offers Saudi graduates the chance to work within a confidential government entity in Riyadh, gaining practical experience in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist various departments according to your field of study (e.g., business administration, engineering, law, IT, finance, etc.).
• Support daily operational tasks and contribute to ongoing projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Eligible for the Tamheer program (not employed and not registered in GOSI or Civil Service in the last 6 months).
• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Basic understanding of work ethics and a willingness to learn.
