Academy Performance & Planning Lead (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting an Academy Performance & Planning Lead for its KAUST Academy in Saudi Arabia. This is a key operational role based on site in Jeddah, responsible for the academy's strategic planning, performance reporting and financial forecasting. It coordinates the annual budget, tracks strategic initiatives for board-level reporting, manages risk and audit compliance, and provides high-level project management for new initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for academy programs aligned with business objectives and workforce development needs.
• Design and produce academy reports on program performance, cost-benefit analysis and revenue generation, with recommendations for improvement.
• Lead the annual budget development with program managers and central operations.
• Develop multi-year revenue projections per program, monitor financial execution against targets and give regular forecasts.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate program performance and identify improvements.
• Monitor and close risk and audit observations in a timely way.
• Translate stakeholder training needs into actionable training strategies and oversee the design and delivery of training programs to quality standards.
• Provide leadership to the academy team and prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or business operations management.
• Experience developing the academy's annual budget and producing performance, cost-benefit and revenue reports.
• Strong understanding of performance management principles and proven ability to turn data into insights.
• Leadership, team management, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
