Accommodation Supervisor

About the role

The Accommodation Supervisor oversees daily operations of staff accommodation within a hotel that is part of the Accor network. The role ensures a safe, clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained living environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and overall condition of staff accommodation, including rooms, common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections, report maintenance or safety issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor room allocations, occupancy, check‑in/check‑out processes, and maintain accurate accommodation records.
• Coordinate with HR, Engineering, Security, and Housekeeping on accommodation‑related matters.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Address employee accommodation concerns promptly and maintain a respectful relationship while enforcing discipline.
• Maintain accommodation supplies and inventory, and handle emergencies or incidents.

Required profile

• Previous experience in staff accommodation, hotel operations, or a similar supervisory role.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage employees and handle accommodation‑related issues professionally.
• Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and accommodation standards.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and respond to operational requirements.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
