Account Director

About the role

The Account Director will be the senior lead for a dedicated client account, based on‑site in Dammam. You will drive the strategic direction, oversee multiple concurrent events and projects, and ensure the highest standards of delivery while strengthening the long‑term partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary senior point of contact for the client and develop deep knowledge of their business objectives and brand standards.
• Lead strategic planning for all events and projects, identifying growth opportunities and presenting new proposals.
• Oversee simultaneous execution of multiple events, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Manage and mentor the on‑site account team, coordinating with creative, production, and logistics teams.
• Handle financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and profitability.
• Maintain agency quality standards, conduct client satisfaction reviews and proactively address issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (MBA a plus).
• 7–10 years of account management experience, with 3–5 years in a senior or director role within a marketing and events agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous events for a single client.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated financial management experience, including budgeting and profitability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with event management software.
• Proficiency with CRM software tools.

What we offer

• Salary: SAR 30,000 – 40,000 per month, based on experience.
