Account Manager – Creative & Communications (Riyadh)

About the role

Four Agency Worldwide is recruiting senior account executives, account managers, senior account managers and account directors for creative, communications and social roles. This is an opportunity to work on client‑service projects that deliver noticeable creative and social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and respond promptly, accurately and professionally.
• Run the day‑to‑day workflow: keep projects on track, manage priorities, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Plan and communicate brilliantly: contribute to meeting agendas, status updates, reporting and client communications.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver joined‑up work, bringing the right people together at the right time.
• Spot and solve problems early, using initiative and sound judgement.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to express ideas clearly and convincingly.
• Arabic language capabilities are an advantage.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to juggle a busy workload and priorities.
• AI‑savvy and curious – experienced with using a range of AI platforms for research.
• Commercial awareness and a practical approach to delivering great work.
• Initiative: you identify issues, propose solutions and keep momentum.
• Confidence working as part of a team, collaborating across disciplines and building relationships.
• Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
