Account Manager – Dell Solutions & Services

About the role

Drive Dell stock and sell SNS revenue across Riyadh and Jeddah, focusing on reseller relationships, stock movement, and achieving targets for Client Solution Group (CSG) PCs and Infrastructure Solution Group (ISG) servers and storage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned Dell SNS partners and recruit new quality resellers.
• Achieve quarterly sales, sell‑out, breadth, margin, and collection targets.
• Drive CSG sales including notebooks, desktops, workstations, monitors, accessories, and AIO products.
• Develop qualified ISG opportunities for servers, storage, and infrastructure solutions.
• Conduct regular partner visits, create opportunities, and close orders.
• Promote available stock, ageing inventory, approved promotions, and vendor programs.
• Maintain accurate weekly forecasts, pipeline, partner activity plans, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations, credit control, logistics and Dell teams to support order processing, delivery, and collections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in IT channel sales.
• IT certifications, especially in IT security, are a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of sales over‑achievement and experience selling enterprise servers and networking products.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
