Account Manager – General Lines Corporate

About the role

The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and insurers, delivering tailored insurance solutions while ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and maintaining service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management – develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, act as the main point of contact for inquiries, claims, policy renewals and day‑to‑day servicing.
• Placement – analyse client risk exposures, recommend appropriate insurance products, negotiate quotes with insurers, prepare proposals and manage policy placements and renewals.
• Regulatory & Compliance – ensure all activities comply with Saudi Insurance Authority regulations, maintain proper documentation and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Administration – prepare reports, maintain client records, handle premium collection, invoicing and resolve account discrepancies.
• Business Development – identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities, participate in marketing initiatives, client meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field; CII is an advantage and IFCE is mandatory.
• Saudi national with good knowledge of the insurance market and IA regulatory landscape.
• Minimum 4 years proven experience in insurance broking or within an insurance company.
