Account Manager

About the role

Smartest Media is seeking a full‑time Account Manager to be based on‑site in Jeddah. You will act as the primary liaison for our clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships as the main point of contact.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to align with client expectations.
• Coordinate internal creative and technical teams to execute digital campaigns.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and performance tracking documents.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling.
• Handle client communications, feedback, and support strategic planning for digital initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements and foster cross‑department collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven client relationship and account management abilities.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams with strong project, time, and organizational management skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and agency workflows, including campaign planning and basic analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong asset.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in a digital agency or marketing environment in the MENA region is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to use CRM tools, productivity software, and collaboration platforms effectively.
