Account Manager

About the role

JD Logistics, the technology‑driven supply chain arm of JD.com, is looking for an Account Manager to grow and manage relationships with large enterprise customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, understand client procurement and supply‑chain needs, and deliver integrated logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand a portfolio of key enterprise customers, including Fortune 500, listed companies, and state‑owned enterprises.
• Identify customer needs, design tailored logistics and supply‑chain solutions, and lead commercial negotiations and contract signing.
• Manage day‑to‑day account operations, oversee project implementation, and drive product adoption and business optimization.
• Continuously scout new business opportunities and create diversified application scenarios.
• Monitor industry trends and market developments, providing timely insights to internal teams.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with solution, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably within logistics, supply‑chain, or related B2B sectors.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and project‑delivery capabilities.
• Ability to analyse customer requirements and translate them into comprehensive logistics solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
