Account Manager – Urology (Western Region, KSA)

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead Urology sales across the Western and Southern regions of Saudi Arabia, based in Jeddah. You will work closely with clinical and economic stakeholders to drive commercial opportunities and support the company’s growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for assigned customer segments, identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities.
• Provide business intelligence to support the annual strategic plan, collaborating with NSM and Marketing.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder maps, defining touchpoints and action plans, and keep account information up to date.
• Build relationships with economic stakeholders and clinical KOLs, promoting health‑economics arguments and discussing commercial programs.
• Support clinical colleagues by identifying sales opportunities derived from clinical support and perform clinical selling under RSM guidance.
• Gather information on upcoming tenders and negotiation opportunities from interactions with KOLs and stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with Boston Scientific corporate guidelines, processes, and procedures.

Required profile

• Completed studies in medical science or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Product Specialist in medical device companies, with specific Urology experience.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a multi‑functional, multicultural environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned regions.
