Account & Partnerships Manager (KSA)

About the role

Ten is seeking an Account & Partnerships Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to drive growth in one of its most high‑profile markets. The role will manage corporate accounts, develop strategic partnerships and collaborate with marketing to deliver compelling member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of corporate programmes, ensuring objectives and success metrics are met.
• Manage governance processes, including monthly meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Resolve day‑to‑day issues promptly and coordinate escalations when needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to use member communications for engagement.
• Produce accurate reports, analyse trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Build and maintain stakeholder networks within corporate client organisations to unlock growth.
• Raise invoices and ensure timely payment collection.
• Identify and negotiate key regional partnerships, securing favourable rates, offers and events.
• Monitor luxury travel and lifestyle trends to keep the proposition cutting‑edge.
• Track partner performance, analyse redemption data and refine partnership strategies.
• Organise partner activities such as networking soirées and training sessions.
• Track and report on OKRs related to partnership success.
• Use data analytics to improve partnership offerings and member experiences.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop and execute campaigns.

Required profile

• Demonstrated accountability and ability to engage with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience delivering accurate, timely reports.
• Proven ability to build and nurture stakeholder relationships.
