Account Specialist

About the role

The Account Specialist will work on‑site in Al Khobar, supporting Rooqain Trading’s key customers in infrastructure, construction, energy and industrial projects. You will act as the main point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery of project‑critical materials and power solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and track orders.
• Ensure accurate documentation and on‑time delivery of goods.
• Maintain detailed account records, monitor billing and payments.
• Coordinate with internal sales, operations and logistics teams as well as external suppliers to resolve issues.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Provide proactive support on project materials, power solutions and logistics services.

Required profile

• Strong account management and customer service abilities.
• Analytical and finance‑related skills for pricing, invoicing and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Experience in trading, industrial supplies, construction, energy or related sectors.
• Familiarity with project‑based work environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
