Accountant, Accounts Receivables

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for processing, tracking, and recording sales transactions accurately and efficiently. The role ensures the full accounts‑receivable cycle runs smoothly, from invoicing customers to collecting payments.

Key responsibilities

• Issue invoices and reconcile customer statements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date aging reports, apply credits, and account for uncollectible amounts.
• Conduct customer visits when required to support collections.
• Prepare analytical and ratio reports to help management monitor collection performance.
• Maintain documentation in line with company policy and accounting standards.
• Implement and follow accounting control procedures, ensuring correct GL postings.
• Generate weekly accounts‑receivable reports and follow up on collection efforts.
• Coordinate account closure procedures with other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounts‑receivable role.
• SOCPA certification (Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants) is required.
• High professional integrity, honesty, and strong motivation.
