Accounts Receivable Officer

About the role

A client of Agile Consultants is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, within the manufacturing industry. The role covers customer invoicing, outstanding receivables, payment follow-ups and accounts receivable reporting. The salary is SAR 5,500 - 7,000.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor accounts receivable (AR) aging and track outstanding customer balances.
• Prepare collection reports and accounts receivable reports.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and outstanding invoices.
• Maintain accurate financial records using ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Candidates from any industry may apply.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems for accounts receivable transactions and financial record management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AR aging, collections and receivables reporting.
