Accountant – Cash Flow & Banking Specialist

About the role

The Accountant will oversee cash flow across Easy World Group companies, ensuring effective control of money transmission processes. You will coordinate with banks, manage corporate accounts, and provide financial insights to support business operations and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Check daily bank positions and prepare monthly MIS management reports.
• Liaise with banks, handle all banking-related tasks, and process payments (TT, cheques).
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations, related‑party reconciliations, and close the books.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping, system entries, and RP transactions (PDC issuance, fund monitoring).
• Manage financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable monthly.
• Prepare and file VAT and Zakat returns on time.
• Oversee inventory physical verification, discrepancy analysis, and corrective actions.
• Assist the Finance Manager with audits and resolve related queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or MBA in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills with management, banks, and customers.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to meet tight timelines.
