Accountant – Hospitality Finance

About the role

Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Accountant to join the Finance Department. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and contributing to the hotel's financial success.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Process invoices, payments, and journal entries.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Monitor and verify financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Hyatt financial standards.
• Assist with audits and provide required documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
