Accounting Manager – Restaurant Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the finance function for a multi‑branch restaurant business. The role requires hands‑on expertise in restaurant accounting, cost control, and financial reporting to drive branch profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end closing, general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, bank and treasury operations.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory, COGS, purchasing and branch profitability analysis.
• Reconcile POS sales, cash, card payments and delivery platform settlements, investigating any discrepancies.
• Supervise the integration and reconciliation of Odoo and Foodics data with accounting records.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, forecasts and management reports.
• Lead, develop and supervise the accounting team across all branches while ensuring compliance with ZATCA regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of recent, hands‑on accounting experience in the restaurant/F&B sector.
• Proven experience in month‑end closing, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Valid membership with the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
