Accounts Payable

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team at The Chedi Hegra. Working onsite in a luxury hotel environment, you will ensure that all payables are processed accurately and efficiently while collaborating closely with multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursements, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain organized accounts payable records and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile statements and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and prepare related financial reports.
• Collaborate with procurement and receiving teams to verify orders and deliveries.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and payable processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information ethically.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work onsite full‑time at The Chedi Hegra.
